We bridged the gap between savory olive oil and hot sauce.  My spicy oil blend includes fresh ingredients consisting of: olive oil, ghost pepper, red pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregano, brown sugar and salt.

 

Epice Oil was inspired by a local pizzeria in Évian-les-Bains.  Dining with friends I noticed a bottle of homemade olive oil infused with various peppers on the table.  I drizzled the savory oil over everything we ordered: pizza, home baked bread and various cheeses; I was hooked on the intense flavor.  I wondered why this was not available at every restaurant in the United States for us to enjoy.  The inspiration became my revelation. 

 

My goal was to create my own oil and add even more flavor and spice.  I experimented for years with various ingredients until I had the perfect blend of spices and heat.  I am passionate about food and wanted to create a natural ingredient condiment to compliment the most delicious dishes.  I use my own product daily in all my cooking and I am excited that you can too.  Please enjoy with family and friends.  Bon Appetit!
